WiFi & Network Problems
- Computer will not connect to WiFi
- Internet connection drops unexpectedly
- Devices work in one room but poorly in another
- New router or network equipment setup
- Shared storage or basic home network configuration
Technology is supposed to make life easier, not turn printing a document or getting online into an afternoon project. I help troubleshoot common home WiFi, printer, and connected-device problems throughout the local area.
We start with what is failing, which devices are affected, and whether anything recently changed.
I verify the computer, printer, router, and network settings rather than changing everything at once.
Fix the relevant setup, Windows setting, driver, connection, or network configuration.
Test the devices together and show you what changed so the setup makes sense afterward.
Pricing depends on the problem and whether the work can be handled remotely or requires an on-site visit. More involved home networking projects can be quoted after I understand the setup.
View PricingYes. WiFi and home-network problems often need to be diagnosed where the equipment is installed, so on-site service may make more sense than bringing a computer to me.
Sometimes. If the printer is already connected to the network and the problem is mainly within Windows, remote support may be enough. Physical setup or network issues usually require local help.
I primarily focus on home users and small home-office setups. Larger managed business networks may require a dedicated business IT provider.
